The Seven Main Chakra Points:
Chakras are certain points of energy within your body.
There are hundreds of them all over your body, but most healing and focus is on the seven main chakras.
Each of these chakras has a colour association used for healing, in terms of crystal healing crystals of the same colour as the chakra are usually used to heal it.
Occasionally chakras have two colours, both of which are of equal healing value, but some people prefer one over the other.
The seven main chakras are:
The Root - Red
The Spleen or Sacral - Orange
The Solar Plexus - Yellow
The Heart - Green or Pink
The Throat - Blue
The Third Eye - Indigo
The Crown - Violet or Clear

Some crystals used on each chakra are:
Root: Garnet, Bloodstone, Ruby, Red Jasper, Rhodonite, Red Tiger's Eye.
Spleen/Sacral: Orange Calcite, Citrine, Imperial Topaz, Carnelian, Peach Aventurine, Amber.
Solar Plexus: Imperial Topaz, Amber, Tiger's Eye, Citrine, Orange Calcite.
Heart: Green or Pink Tourmaline, Green Aventurine, Malachite, Green Jade, Kunzite, Rose Quartz, Riby, Emerald, Chrysoprase.
Throat: Turquoise, Chrysocolla, Celetite, Blue Topaz, Sodalite, Lapis Lazuli, Aquamarine, Azurite, Blue Lace Agate, Azurite
Third Eye: Azurite, Sodalite, Saphire, Indicolite, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Quartz Crystal
Crown: Amethyst, Alexandrite, Diamond, Sugilite, Purple Flourite, Quartz Crystal, Selenite.
